Job summary

Aramco Americas is seeking a Trade Confirmation Associate to manage end-to-end contract administration for physical trades. You will draft, review, and dispatch contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms and internal systems.

The role requires collaboration with Traders, Commercial teams, and counterparties, and timely handling of confirmations and related inquiries. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies or related fields is required.
• Paralegal certification is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.
• Understanding of key contractual terms and their implications is an asset.
• Ability to communicate with Traders and Commercial teams, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and dispatches contracts/responses for the purchase and sale of physical Chemicals, Crude Oil, Products, and Renewables, including waterborne and non-marine trades.
• Ensures contracts reflect agreed terms and are fit for purpose across trade capture systems.
• Verifies that counterparty and broker confirmations accurately capture terms and resolves discrepancies promptly.
• Files all deal-related correspondence in the contract lifecycle management system; processes electronic confirmations via Ice Trade Vault.
• Manages daily incoming confirmation correspondence and inquiries.
