Job summary

Aramco Americas Company in Houston is seeking a Trade Confirmation Staff for a temporary assignment to handle end-to-end confirmation and contract administration for physical commodity trades. You will ensure accurate documentation and binding contracts, serving as a control point between front office, counterparties, and settlement teams.

You will draft, review, and dispatch contracts for chemicals, crude oil, products, and renewables; verify confirmations reflect terms; file correspondence;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification or equivalent experience in contract/legal documents.
• Understanding of contractual terms and implications is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with Traders and Commercial teams clearly.
• Work under time pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Professional, precise, and customer-service oriented.
• Minimal supervision with problem-solving to meet deadlines.
• English communication accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and dispatch contracts for physical trades (Chemicals, Crude, Products, Renewables).
• Ensure contracts reflect terms agreed and are fit for purpose.
• Verify counterparty and broker confirmations capture contractual terms; resolve discrepancies quickly.
• File all deal correspondence in the contract lifecycle management system; process electronic confirmations via Ice Trade Vault.
• Manage daily incoming confirmation correspondence and inquiries in shared mailboxes.
