Job summary

Musket Corporation in the United States is seeking a senior Manager of Confirmations for energy trading to lead end-to-end confirmations for physical and financial transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with Trading, Risk, Scheduling, Accounting, Legal, and external counterparties to ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmations.

The role requires 7+ years in commodity trading operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7+ years in commodity trading operations, confirmations, middle office, contract administration, or related function.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience supporting physical and/or financial commodity transactions.
Experience managing confirmation processes and counterparty relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end confirmation process for physical and financial transactions.
Oversee generation, review, execution, and tracking of confirmations.
Review and approve non-standard confirmations and contract documentation.
Monitor outstanding confirmations and resolve discrepancies with counterparties.
Develop a high-performing team and drive process improvements.
