Job summary

WaterBridge is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across corporate and field operations in Houston, TX. You will manage requisitions end to end for engineering, finance, IT, and field roles, screening candidates and coordinating interview loops with a focus on timely closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for both corporate/professional and field/hourly populations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance (EEO, ADA, FCRA, I-9).
• Ability to influence senior managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions end to end for corporate, technical, and field roles.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Screen, shortlist, and present calibrated candidate slates with rationale.
• Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback.
• Lead offers discussions with HR and Total Rewards.
