ENFRA LLC seeks a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects. You will provide technical direction across commissioning, data collection, and energy conservation strategies for large multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 5+ years in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare or higher education projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
• Coordinates site surveys to determine facility conditions and scope requirements.
• Develop energy conservation strategies to execute the retro-commissioning scope.
• Assist design teams with integrating energy conservation strategies.
• Review RFPs for equipment and services procurement.
• Review critical equipment and system submittals.
• Conduct commissioning reviews and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system installation and optimize upgrades.
• Prepare technical reports and support new tool development.
• Uphold ENFRA brand through excellence in work execution.
