Job summary

ATI, Inc. seeks a General Energy Officer/Engineer for a full-time role in Washington, DC, supporting the DGI-ATI JV.

You will leverage contracting experience to advance energy and water conservation, prepare interagency energy reports, and analyze utility data to identify cost-saving opportunities. The role requires collaboration with DoS stakeholders, expertise in architectural and facility planning, and strong scheduling and cost-estimation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field with facilities focus.
• PMP certification required at start date or within 12 months.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities project planning and management.
• Energy and water conservation and performance contracting experience.
• Experience with interagency energy reports and utility data analysis.
• Knowledge of FAR, LEED, and sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on all phases of project development for A/OPR.
• Advise on architectural designs, space planning, and code compliance.
• Develop schedules in MS Project and track changes.
• Prepare budgets, ICEs, SOWs, and life-cycle cost estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and procure AE services.
• Engage with DoS stakeholders; present project status to senior management.
