Job summary

ATI, in Washington, DC, seeks a full-time General Energy Officer/Engineer to support a joint venture with Dayton Group, Inc. DGI-ATI (JV) will require contracting experience in energy and water conservation and performance contracts.

You will develop and analyze interagency energy reports, improve utility cost savings, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders through design, planning, and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related degree with facilities focus.
• PMP certification required by start date or within 12 months.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities project planning and management.
• Experience in energy and water conservation and performance contracting.
• Experience preparing interagency energy reports and analyzing utility data.
• Knowledge of FAR regulations, LEED, and sustainable design.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and coordination on all phases of project development for A/OPR.
• Serve as SME for architectural designs, space planning, and code reviews.
• Develop and manage project schedules in MS Project; track changes.
• Prepare planning documents and conduct life-cycle cost estimates.
• Plan multidisciplinary teams and procure AE services with SOWs and ICEs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on complex projects from planning to construction.
• Present project status in briefings to senior management.
