Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sustainability Program Coordinator to support our EnergyOps program and drive measurable energy reduction across our client portfolio. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical rigor, and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of energy management and data analytics experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; LEED AP or CEM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy management, building operations, or sustainable operations in commercial real estate.
• Certifications such as LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), energy metering, and data analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and support implementation of ECMs across the portfolio.
• Calculate and validate energy savings using established methodologies.
• Support AI-ready criteria and pilot programs for AI-enabled energy optimization.
• Lead coordination of utility incentive applications and compliance.
• Manage emissions tracking and reporting, including refrigerant management.
