Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Portfolio Energy & Strategy Manager to lead energy, water, and waste programs across a multi-site portfolio. You will develop an energy management strategy, educate stakeholders, and manage data collection within JLL's tech platform to inform reporting and decision making.

You will drive improvements, collaborate with energy managers, and engage facility managers to provide expert guidance on sustainability.

Qualifications

• University degree in science, engineering, math or related fields.
• 5–10 years of experience in Energy/Sustainability with increasing responsibilities.
• Specialized understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute energy management strategies for a portfolio of sites.
• Educate stakeholders on energy and sustainability topics and support corporate reporting.
• Manage data collection for energy, waste, and water and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
• Drive improvements across large real estate portfolios and share best practices.
• Lead junior colleagues and mentor the technical support team.
