Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sustainability Program Coordinator in San Jose to support energy reduction initiatives and drive sustainability efforts. The candidate will ensure the implementation of Energy Conservation Measures and manage utility incentive programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal individual will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, have over 5 years of experience in energy management, and demonstrate strong skills in data analytics and project coordination. The position requires in-office presence at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy management or sustainable operations in commercial real estate.
• Proven experience leading energy reduction programs with measurable results.
• Professional certifications like LEED AP or Certified Energy Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate Energy Conservation Measures across the portfolio.
• Track and manage energy savings and emissions data.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
