EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a director-level Business Consulting Principal within our Energy practice to steer large-scale engagements and drive commercial growth.

You will collaborate with energy clients and C-suite leaders to shape transformation programs and deliver measurable value. Lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor senior staff, and stay ahead of industry trends such as AI and digital operating models, while representing the firm externally through thought leadership and client success

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in scaling a consulting practice and hitting commercial targets.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary, global delivery teams.
• Strong domain knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector and advisory disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and P&L for the Energy Business Consulting practice.
• Serve as senior advisory to C-suite executives at global energy firms.
• Drive business development, proposals, and account expansion.
• Oversee governance across major client workstreams and programs.
• Foster thought leadership and innovation in consulting methodologies.
• Mentor a high-caliber team of senior managers and consultants.
