Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale engagements and practice growth.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and managing multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Energy Business Consulting practice P&L and strategic growth.
• Act as senior trusted advisor to C-level executives.
• Drive business development, proposals, and account expansion.
• Oversee delivery governance across major consulting workstreams.
• Mentor and develop senior managers, managers and consultants.
• Represent the firm externally with thought leadership and industry collaboration.
