Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. in energy practice seeks a Business Consulting Manager to lead high-impact strategic advisory engagements for energy clients, helping transform operations and modernize core capabilities with EPAM’s software engineering strengths.

You will shepherd projects from pre-sales through client solution development, maintain stakeholder engagement, drive adoption, and mentor teams in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consulting firm environment or blend of consulting and industry.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Familiar with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue EPAM project and business development opportunities.
• Support the definition, development, and scoping of proposals, SOWs, and projects.
• Lead core management consulting activities, such as current state assessments, process documentation improvement, requirements gathering, and business case development efforts.
• Facilitate organization and role-mapping activities to support strategic, process, and structural transitions.
• Manage own activities and work with team members to deliver desired business outcomes and quality deliverables.
• Establish positive relationships with clients and peers, liaising with other service offerings to amplify EPAM's impact.
• Mentor team members and support career development efforts.
• Stay current on trends within emerging technology, especially AI capabilities, best practices, and policies.
• Demonstrate executive presence and cross-team facilitation skills.
• Contribute to practice growth and development through involvement with professional organizations, conferences, white papers, and marketing activities.
