Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in a consulting environment with both client delivery and business development exposure.
• Knowledgeable in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies and capable of advising on project approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue consulting projects and business development opportunities for energy clients.
• Support proposals, SOWs, and project scoping to align with client goals.
• Lead core management consulting activities: current state, process improvement, requirements gathering, and business case development.
• Facilitate organization and role-mapping efforts for strategic transitions.
• Manage personal work and collaborate with teams to deliver outcomes and high-quality deliverables.
• Build relationships with clients and peers to expand EPAM’s impact across offerings.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
