Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, private equity operations teams or a closely related role.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition and business case development through implementation and benefits realization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across different seniority levels, translating goals into clear project plans.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal process reviews to identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.
Develop and present executive-ready recommendations, business cases, presentations, and decision materials.
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, proactively resolving issues and dependencies.
Monitor outcomes post-implementation and adjust recommendations based on results.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently and prioritize under pressure.
