Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an On Site Generation Analyst in Dallas, Texas. This role involves supporting the Energy Strategy Team by building data sets for DC+OSG transactions, analyzing capital costs, and developing benchmarking models.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree and 2–4 years of experience in cost analysis or energy markets. Strong quantitative and Excel skills are required, with a focus on cost analysis and procurement strategies. Competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in cost analysis, procurement, energy markets, or equipment benchmarking.
• Familiarity with utility-scale generation and energy infrastructure technologies preferred.
• Experience supporting RFQs/RFPs, EPC cost estimation, or large-scale vendor engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data sets to analyze comparable DC+OSG transactions and capital costs.
• Collect and analyze pricing, performance, and technical data for energy infrastructure equipment.
• Monitor forward markets for key model inputs including natural gas and power.
