ON.energy is seeking a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to own our view of market direction and competitive standing in energy storage and data center power markets. You will monitor competitors across Battery Systems, UPS, EMS and translate insights into forecasts and data products for product and engineering teams.

The role collaborates with leadership to shape roadmap, pricing, and GTM, delivering executive-ready briefs and dashboards on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

5+ years in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, or strategy analytics.
Experience in energy, power infrastructure, or data center markets preferred.
Ability to build forecasting models and translate data into decision-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

Monitor competitor products, technology direction, and go-to-market moves across Battery Systems, UPS, and EMS segments.
Build and maintain market forecasting models covering demand growth, pricing trends, and technology adoption curves in data center power infrastructure.
Translate market and competitive signals into briefs, dashboards, and forecasts for product and engineering priorities.
Track regulatory, supply chain, and macro trends affecting the hyperscale data center power market.
Partner with product management and engineering leadership to inform roadmap and positioning decisions.
Present findings to executive stakeholders on a recurring cadence.
