Job summary

Enterprise Products is seeking an Energy Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of electrical power procurement, usage, reliability, and optimization across its facilities. The role interfaces with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Utilities, and market participants to ensure cost-effective energy supply and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Energy Management, or a related field.
• MBA, PE, or advanced degree is preferred.
• 3–10 years of experience in energy management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with electric utilities, transmission providers, and energy market participants.
• Negotiate electric service agreements, tariffs, rate schedules, and interconnection agreements.
• Lead analyses of self-generation, cogeneration, and grid-supplied power alternatives to optimize facility profitability.
• Provide economic evaluations and forecasts to support budgeting and capital projects.
• Communicate energy market trends and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
