Responsibilities

• Provides full-time technical support to the operations and business unit personnel.
• Performs system testing and documentation during significant changes or upgrades.
• Analyzes root causes and implements solutions to complex application deficiencies.
• Provides technical leadership in design and implementation of security center applications and tools.
• Develops processes to increase productivity and reduce risk of system failure.
