Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to design tailored technical solutions for battery energy storage systems (BESS), including PCS and EMS components. You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems (Master's preferred), strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Familiarity with energy storage components and grid integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inquiries to design technical solutions for BESS, PCS, and EMS.
• Evaluate feasibility, optimize for efficiency and cost.
• Prepare detailed specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop bidding documents and proposals meeting standards.
• Collaborate with sales, PM, and R&D to align with project goals.
• Serve as technical contact during pre-sales, proposal and implementation.
