LONGi Energy Storage seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to design tailored technical solutions for battery energy storage systems (BESS), including PCS and EMS components. You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems (Master's preferred), strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

Title: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.

Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.

Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.

Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.

Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred.

Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
