Job summary

Extol, Inc. is seeking a world-class plastics-welding sales expert to build a regional book in energy storage. You’ll open doors, own a multi-million pipeline, and become a trusted advisor to manufacturers looking to scale production and improve reliability.

You’ll lead strategic account development, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue with a high-performance, cross-functional team. This role reports to Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience calling on the corporate marketplace and talking to management-level stakeholders.
• Experience facing competition.
• Hunt for new business to close deals with average size of $200,000 - $2,000,000.
• Comfort sustaining a long sales cycle, often 6 months or more.
• Experience giving dynamic presentations to groups as large as 25 people.
• Experience selling high-end products and custom, complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take over existing accounts.
• Close existing business opportunities.
• Develop a growth strategy with target accounts and expansion plans.
• Identify key decision-makers at existing and target accounts.
• Demonstrate exemplary discovery and document customer problems, impacts and solutions.
• Explain Extol’s technologies, benefits and value to customers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting data.
