Job summary

Brightcore Energy is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue in key energy efficiency retrofit applications. You will own the sales cycle from first introductions to signed contracts and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs.

You will work with product support to tailor proposals that meet financial, operational, and sustainability goals, while traveling up to 50% in the Northeast US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue in Lighting, Motors/Drives, and HVAC.
• Develop and manage your sales pipeline from introductions to contract signature.
• Coordinate handoff of contracts with Director to the operations team.
• Update client activity in the CRM to reflect opportunities by maturity and value.
• Collaborate with product support and analysts to tailor proposals.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites in the greater Northeast Region (US).
• All other duties as assigned.
