Honeywell seeks a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead energy programs across the Midwest. Hybrid work from Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN with a focus on delivering ESPC/EPC-based initiatives and ensuring program quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, report performance to leadership, and drive innovations in energy solutions for building automation in a fast-paced, global company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within energy or building automation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ESPC or EPC delivery models.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
