Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Manager - Energy Solutions to lead and oversee complex energy programs in the Midwest. You will ensure on-time delivery, align programs with strategic goals, and drive performance across multiple stakeholders for building automation solutions.

Reporting to the leadership team, this role is based in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid schedule, with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within the energy or building automation sector with ESPC or EPC delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals.
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management
