Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Two years of utility experience in engineering, operations, and billing.
• Three years of relationship management, engineering, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Experience in Energy Efficiency and Conservation Programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate Customer Energy Solutions group members.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and annual budgets for the group.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Key Accounts Program with dedicated account management.
• Oversee the Residential and Commercial Energy Efficiency & Conservation Programs.
• Oversee the DER programs ensuring interconnection compliance and coordination with ANB eTRACK platform.
