CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial Field Specialist to build strong client relationships, drive energy-savings programs, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You will act as the on-site liaison, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to achieve program results and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–6 years of account management or energy program experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of account management, customer engagement, energy efficiency, utility programs, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commercial energy industry experience is a strong plus but not required.
• Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders within your assigned territory.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities to develop new business and increase program participation.
• Serve as the local, on-site representative for the program and company, educating customers and overcoming barriers to participation.
• Prepare and present proposals that align with customer needs and program objectives.
• Track and document customer interactions, project updates, and program activities in accordance with company and program requirements.
• Verify product installations and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with engineering and programming teams to understand current and future technical requirements and program updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify solutions, and recommend improvements based on customer and program needs.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to support customers and program goals.
