CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial Energy Auditor to serve as a local on-site representative for small business customers. You will install energy‑efficient equipment, perform audits, verify installations, and support account managers in advancing retrofits or new construction opportunities within a defined territory.

The role emphasizes outreach, technical guidance, and training on installation or configuration per client specifications, with travel across the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and install energy savings measures with small business customers.
• Record installation results and customer/contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications.
• Travel within a defined territory and act as local, on-site program representative.

You will act as a local on‑site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. Installing energy‑efficient equipment, conducting energy‑efficiency audits, performing pre‑ and post‑installation verifications, and other technical data‑gathering activities throughout a defined territory. S support Account Managers in influencing stakeholders to advance energy‑efficiency retrofits or new‑construction opportunities. Conducting outreach and scheduling customers to participate in the program, as well as providing technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Compensation Range $18.80 - $28.30 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
