Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Intelligent Services Account Engineer to translate data into actionable insights and deliver energy projects for client facilities. You will provide consultative services, energy project development, retro-commissioning, and support for contract execution while helping sales secure a larger share of assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes data gathering, KPI development with customers, remote analysis, and leading Technical Strategy Review meetings across the ISA

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related area; or 1+ year HVAC project management/estimating experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and/or temperature controls.
• Experience with construction/retrofit, performance contracting, and service project management preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; drafting/design software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, trends, and charts to develop client-facing documentation.
• Identify site KPIs with customers and stakeholders.
• Diagnose energy opportunities and propose energy projects.
• Assist in pull-through sales and meeting client goals.
• Perform remote site analysis via web access.
• Lead Technical Strategy Review meetings for each ISA customer.
• Assist with onboarding and contract execution management.
