Christensen Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager in Pasco, WA to drive growth in Lubricants, Fuels, and Propane. You will win new business and expand wallet share with existing customers.

Responsibilities include presenting solutions, quoting proposals, building a strong CRM pipeline, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and technical service to accelerate growth. The role offers a Base + Commission structure with 100K–150K OTE, plus benefits such as Health Insurance, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering or equivalent job and/or industry experience.
• Experience selling specialty products and services with long sales cycles.
• Must have strong technical abilities and familiarity with industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure Lubricant, Fuel and Propane business from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrate products and services and assist customers in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Quote prices and prepare sales proposals using product-appropriate templates.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers and CRM activity.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, operations, and technical service groups.
