Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time CS and Sales representatives to join our Pittsburgh team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. You’ll work with local business owners to review energy plans, present supplier options, and help clients reduce costs through renewals and new opportunities—building lasting relationships that generate ongoing income.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
