Description: This position is responsible for greeting clients visiting the site to create a pleasant atmosphere. The Energy Services Worker will complete and certify Energy Assistance applications and complete pre-assessments for clients. Handle item changes and recertify applications. Provide referrals to additional programs as needed. Schedule appointments for the Energy Assistance Program rules and necessary documentation needed to file.
