Job summary

Paycom Energy Services seeks an Intake/Certification Specialist to support scheduling, client intake, and eligibility determination for energy assistance programs. You will review applications, maintain files, and refer clients to internal and community resources while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to engage diverse communities; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Some in-state travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency inquiries within program guidelines.
• Schedule and reschedule client intake appointments.
• Review applications and documentation for accuracy and eligibility.
• Maintain orderly client files and digital records.
• Assist clients with energy applications per procedures and QA.
• Prepare program reports as required.
• Conduct outreach and community education sessions.
