Qualifications

• Must hold a four-year degree in business administration or applicable field.
• Three years of related experience in customer acquisitions, contracting, cost estimating, or utility operations/regulatory affairs.
• Demonstrated communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates relationships with land developers and conducts cost estimates for housing and commercial developments.
• Develops contracts that best support customer acquisition and follows land rights and development procedures.
• Provides daily support to Utility Project Planners vetting customer inquiries and service requests.
• Attends joint trench project meetings to keep projects on schedule and deliver documentation.
