Qualifications

• Three years' related experience in customer acquisitions, contracting, cost estimating, natural gas or electric utility experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates positive relationships with land developers while conducting cost estimates for new housing and commercial developments, feasibility analysis and develops contracts that best support customer acquisition.
• Maintain current and follow established procedures and guidelines regarding land rights, operations and business development practices.
• Provide daily support to Utility Project Planners in vetting customer inquiries and requests for service.
• Attend joint trench project meetings and prepare projects in a timely manner to meet project schedules.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
