AES is transforming into a customer-first, digitally focused energy provider. The Energy Services Analyst will support the Electric Choice program by delivering accurate supplier and customer support, producing timely analysis and reporting, and strengthening business processes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain reliable information, and deliver a consistent program experience while excelling in data analysis and Excel-based reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, economics, engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in utility operations, energy services, customer programs, business analysis, reporting, or a comparable analytical role.
• Ability to analyze data, reconcile discrepancies, manage details, and produce accurate work within deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business tools.

Aufgaben

• Support the Electric Choice program administration, supplier enrollment, account activity, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on supplier activity, participation, and performance; validate data and explain findings.
• Document and improve business processes, controls, and SOPs; assist in system testing and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and communicate status and changes.
