The Energy Services Analyst supports this transformation by helping administer the Electric Choice program, providing accurate supplier and customer support, producing timely analysis and reporting, strengthening business processes and controls, and improving the systems used to manage program activity. The role collaborates across internal teams and with external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain reliable information, and deliver a consistent program experience.
Support day-to-day administration of the Electric Choice program, including supplier enrollment, account activity, inquiries, and issue resolution. Research supplier and customer transactions, identify exceptions, and coordinate corrections in accordance with program rules and service expectations. Maintain accurate program records, procedures, and supporting documentation.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on supplier activity, customer participation, exceptions, and operational performance. Validate data, investigate variances, and communicate clear findings and recommended actions. Track trends and performance indicators to support decisions and continuous improvement.
Document, monitor, and improve business processes, controls, and standard operating procedures. Support testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of systems and digital tools used by the program. Partner with technology and operations teams to define requirements, troubleshoot defects, and confirm solutions meet business needs.
Serve as a responsive point of contact for suppliers and internal partners regarding program processes, data, and operational issues. Coordinate across Customer Operations, Regulatory, Billing, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve issues and deliver commitments. Communicate status, risks, decisions, and process changes clearly to appropriate stakeholders.
