Job summary

EAG, headquartered in Houston, is seeking a Management Consultant to guide clients through transformations from planning to execution. You will lead complex initiatives in system implementations, divestitures, software selections, MDM, BI, and data analytics, working across client sites.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in energy consulting or business analysis, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting or business analyst experience in oil and gas.
• Experience across Revenue Accounting, Production Accounting, Well Data, or Midstream.
• 4+ years of system implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data cleansing or conversion.
• Proficient in report design, testing, and defect resolution.
• Experience with integration design and development.
• Strong requirements gathering and testing background.
• Ability to deliver end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings, design workshops, UAT sessions, and weekly status updates.
• Compile and monitor project metrics and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and EAG team to document requirements.
• Develop and maintain project and communication plans.
• Support client relationships and address questions and roadblocks.
• Assist in creating and delivering training materials.
• Lead project phases through to successful completion.
