Job summary

Enverus is seeking an Application Support Analyst in the United States to help customers maximize value from our energy analytics software. You will troubleshoot UI and API issues, document cases, and provide timely updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will also educate customers, maintain product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training to handle diverse energy sector inquiries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in application support or client-facing roles.
• Experience with renewable energy projects and geospatial tools.
• English proficiency and strong task management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line application support via email, phone, and video within organizational SLAs.
• Troubleshoot UI and API issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain organized records of customer requests with accurate documentation.
• Educate customers to maximize value from products and drive satisfaction.
• Provide timely updates to customers on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve cases.
