Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of our software products for oil and gas clients in a dynamic energy tech environment in Denver, CO. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects, while maintaining high levels of client service and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 4–5+ years of experience in software implementations and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, computer science, marketing, commerce or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4–5+ years of software implementation project management experience.
• 4–5+ years of exceptional customer service for large oil & gas organizations.
• Solid technical background with software development and web technologies.
• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, sourcing, materials management or bid management in oil & gas is a plus.
• Ability to partner with internal teams and vendors to meet contractual obligations.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Understanding of SaaS and P2P processes.
• Knowledge of PMBOK principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of Enverus software for clients using formal project management practices.
• Coordinate with all areas of the organization impacting timeline, scope, risk, and resources.
• Ensure milestones are met by managing activities, tasks, and resources.
• Collaborate with senior project managers to share information with the implementation team.
• Assist with identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new installations to fit workflows.
• Communicate project statuses to stakeholders and align customer expectations.
• Conduct customer trainings for new users on Enverus software.
• Provide input on new policies, programs, procedures and schedules.
• Develop technical knowledge of product specs, operation, and diagnostics.
• Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Travel as required for duties, conferences, and meetings.
