Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, seeks an Account Specialist-Level 1 for an eight-month contract on behalf of our client. You will handle full account management for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers, including inquiries, billing, and enrollment.

Responsibilities include processing claims and invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.
• Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

About the role:

We're looking for an Account Specialist-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 8-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will provide full account management support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. Handle customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve issues, process billing, manage accounts, and support financial and operational tasks.
