BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel energy attorney in Anchorage, AK to join an Environmental, Energy & Resources practice. You will work on power contracts, market design issues, and regulatory proceedings, shaping energy policy and project development.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of energy law experience, JD from an accredited school, and admission or eligible waiver to the local bar. This role focuses on regulatory and transactional work in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction or eligible for waiver.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate power purchase agreements and energy service agreements.
• Advise on electric market design within RTOs/ISOs.
• Represent clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
• Counsel on emerging energy policy and renewable integration.
