- Advise on electric market design issues within RTOs/ISOs, focusing on capacity market mechanisms and interconnection policies.
- Represent clients in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
- Counsel clients on energy policy, renewable energy integration, and carbon-free energy strategies.
