Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in the United States (TX, Austin) is seeking a results-oriented energy program lead to drive large-scale power infrastructure projects across AWS data centers.

You will coordinate with utilities, EPCs, and engineers to deliver reliable, cost-effective energy solutions while aligning with AWS expansion goals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, complex scheduling, and travel less than 20% to support multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Utilities, EPC and Owner's Engineers to deliver a portfolio of inflight medium voltage and high voltage power infrastructure projects.
• Manage capital budgets for electrical infrastructure and energy projects.
• Collaborate with the internal teams and regulated utilities on the implementation and management of energy and projects in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Identify and develop innovative cost savings projects and initiatives related to energy infrastructure and supply.
• Work with utility regulators to develop policies and guidelines that enable broader AWS strategies and objectives.
