Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Project Manager – Energy Services to lead the design of electrical distribution systems from hand-off through construction, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.

You will plan, direct and coordinate activities, oversee QA/QC and training, and communicate effectively with clients and teams to meet internal and external expectations. This role involves about 25% fieldwork and 75% office-based work, with travel within the local region as needed;

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience coordinating field operations and QA/QC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire distribution design process from hand-off to construction completion.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet goals within time and budget.
• Perform QA/QC and training as part of project delivery.
• Work approximately 25% in the field and 75% in office, with travel as needed.
