Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Energy Services to plan, organize, and implement project-management practices for electrical distribution design.

You will assist the Project Manager, participate in QA/QC and training processes, and help ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements. You must coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with customers, and balance fieldwork (about 25%) with office responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in project management, field operations, or design processes.
• Experience coordinating field operations, QA/QC, training and design processes.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines.
• Approximately 25% fieldwork and 75% office-based work with local travel; occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals are met.
• Support electrical distribution design process and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Involve QA/QC and training processes.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel ~25% fieldwork, ~75% office work; occasional overnight stays.
