Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Energy Services to lead the design of electrical distribution systems from hand-off to construction completion.

You will coordinate QA/QC and training, plan and direct project activities to meet schedule and budget, and communicate clearly with clients and team members. Travel may be required, with both office and field assignments in the local region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field; 5–7 years of relevant construction management/engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating field operations, QA/QC, training and design processes.
• Experience with GE Smallworld, SAP, or similar utility design and work management systems.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work in team yet self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Approximately 25% fieldwork and 75% office-based work; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution design process from project hand-off to construction complete, including QA/QC and training.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to meet goals within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; work independently or as part of a team to meet internal and external customer needs.
