Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Energy Services to lead all phases of electrical distribution design, from hand-off to construction complete, including QA/QC and training.

The role requires coordinating activities to meet schedule and budget while communicating effectively with customers and team members. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related construction management/engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating field operations, QA/QC, training and design processes.
• Experience with GE Smallworld, SAP, or similar utility design/work management systems.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Approximately 25% fieldwork and 75% office-based work; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process for electrical distribution systems from hand-off to construction complete with QA/QC and training.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet project goals within time and funding constraints.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
