Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage day-to-day contract administration for the West Alton combined cycle project. The role involves coordinating with engineering, construction, procurement, and legal to ensure contractual obligations are met across multiple agreements.

The position starts as hybrid at the DRC in St. Louis with a future transition to full-time onsite at West Alton, MO. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in contract administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Five years of contract administration on large capital projects preferred.
• NCMA/paralegal or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract documents, obligations, and correspondence for the West Alton project.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Contracting, Legal on contractual matters.
• Track deliverables, certificates, bonds, notices, milestones; flag exceptions.
• Prepare, issue, and log contractual notices and correspondence.
• Administer the change-order process and support invoicing workflows.
• Maintain contract records and reconcile with Cost Engineer and Invoice Auditor.
• Support contract close-out and retention of records.
• Report status, open items, and obligations to Manager of Project Controls.
• Ensure compliance with Ameren policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements in contracts and tools.
