Ameren Missouri is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage day-to-day contracts for the West Alton combined cycle project. You will maintain contract records, process notices, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and legal teams across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years in contract administration on large capital projects; NCMA or paralegal cert preferred. Hybrid work at the DRC in St. Louis, with eventual full-time onsite in West Alton.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree requirement; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Five years of contract administration experience on large capital projects.
• Experience with non-lump-sum or multi-contract delivery models; NCMA/paralegal certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer contract documents, obligations, and correspondence for the West Alton project and maintain the contract register and key-date tracking.
• Coordinate with Purchasing & Contracting and Legal to interface with engineers of record, constructor, and OEM counterparts on contractual matters.
• Track contract deliverables, insurance certificates, bonds, notices, and milestones; flag exceptions to Manager of Project Controls for resolution.
• Prepare, issue, and log contractual notices and correspondence in accordance with agreement terms.
• Administer the project change-order process and support invoicing workflows with Cost Engineer and Invoice Auditor.
• Maintain contract records and reconcile with Cost Engineer and Invoice Auditor.
• Support contract close-out, including final documentation and retention of contracts.
• Report contract administration status and outstanding obligations to Manager of Project Controls.
• Enforce Ameren standards and regulatory requirements; contribute to process improvements.
